NexG or NexGoodfornothing?

I am pissed. Not only that my NexG from Ambank isn't activated, they didn't even receive my application!!!! And the irony is, I submitted my application ON THE SPOT at the Ambank branch that I bought the NexG pre-paid credit card. It's almost a week now. Maybe everyone still in Merdeka mood or whatever, but I bought it days before Merdeka.........

This is OUTRAGEOUS!
