Momo cries because the dead can't cry, she cry on their behalf!
The young girl on the left died, but she was worried about her friend and their cat. So, Momo helped her and him, so that the boy can move on and take care of their cat!
Match-making Momo! She was helping the guy's(left) sister to let him know that he should live his life to the fullest! And in the process, it helped the girl on the right to change too!
Momo helps this couple get together. I guess she is doing a favor for the guy's grandfather.
