Aerith only appear at least 2 times and her hands will appear more than seeing her face in Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children. Hey, it wasn't rocket sciences to figure out that Aerith will only appear something like a ghost, since she died in the game. But I take what is available, and two is better than none.
